Tryouts / 2025-2026 Affiliation

Please see attached the permission to tryout form for 2025. Please note no registered PWSA player is allowed to tryout for any association, club, or for-profit entity prior to Labour day (September 1st).  Should they do so they will be put into “not in good standing” and their insurance would no longer be valid. 

The 2025 playing season ends December 31, 2025, insurance will only be extended for your new teams upon receipt of your 2026 insurance purposes roster. We have attached below the form for pre-affiliation for 2025/2026 that must be completed if your team wishes to travel prior to December 31, 2025.
