265 affiliated teams across our U11 to U23 divisions. What a remarkable number. Almost 200 teams under the age of 16. Be proud Ontario, you’re showing the love for the sport of Softball and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

The next PWSA Board Meeting is the weekend of June 19 – 21 in Burlington. In addition to regular committee and planning sessions, the June board meeting also is when the draws for our provincial events takes place.

PWSA draw announcements for all divisions will be available by the end of the June 26 weekend. Draws are taking place June 19, and then we need time to allow our division coordinators to communicate the information to their coaches/managers.

Our travel permit process has changed. We encourage all coaches, managers, parents and athletes to review the changes found on our travel permit page. New timelines, and fees are highlighted where applicable.

We are now less then a month away from the start of our exciting PWSA events. Canadian and Eastern Canadian Qualifiers will be running in addition to the PWSA provincial qualifier and championships. A busy time fast approaching!

Third party insurance forms are now available on the PWSA Insurance page. Information about insurance processes, dates, turnaround times etc. can also be found on this page.

Our Debbie DeMoel High School Tournament will now always be held the final Monday in September. Registration will be open in the spring, and the event location confirmed by June 30th.
