We are one day closer every morning to the start of the 2026 Outdoor Season. Reminder that the MRS system is now open and accepting association, team and individual registrations. All teams must be fully affiliated before participating outdoors.

Third party insurance forms are now available on the PWSA Insurance page. Information about insurance processes, dates, turnaround times etc. can also be found on this page.

As teams affiliate this winter/spring we will periodically update the list of fully affiliated teams by division, which allows everyone to see the full list of competing teams at each age and tier.

The Annual General Meeting of the PWSA membership will take place virtually again this year. The meeting date is February 21st. Registration for attendance is now closed.

Our travel permit process has changed. We encourage all coaches, managers, parents and athletes to review the changes found on our travel permit page. New timelines, and fees are highlighted where applicable.

2026 PWSA Qualifer & Grand Championship weekends are posted on our website. The earlier teams affiliate the more time we have to plan a great championship event. Please affiliate asap to help our process.

Our Debbie DeMoel High School Tournament will now always be held the final Monday in September. Registration will be open in the spring, and the event location confirmed by June 30th.

A continued thanks of appreciation to the wonderful team at Residence & Conference Centres across Ontario. Without their support many of our scholarship & bursary opportunities would not be available to our members.
