Affiliation Deadlines

The deadline for summer 2026 PWSA affiliations is now upon us. May 4th is the final day for teams to register with confirmed payment on our MRS system. (Note the date is extended two weeks for 19+ teams). We must have teams complete this by the deadline, as there are many things that need to happen for the PWSA team to prepare are Qualifier and Championship events. We have to ensure we have enough diamond times, secure umpires etc. That is why this is a hard deadline for everyone!

Changing Tier I or Tier II Deadline

Commitment Deadline
All Divisions – May 25, 2026

Signing Deadline
U9/U11 to U19 Divisions — May 25, 2026
U23/Women’s, Intermediate II, Masters Rec Divisions — June 2, 2026

Canadian and Eastern Canadian Qualifier

Interested U15 Tier 1, U17 Tier 1, and U19 Tier 2 teams are required to register to attend the Canadian and Eastern Canadian Qualifier tournaments. If you do not register and pay the entry fee, your team will not be eligible to participate. Please make sure your team is registered! Affiliation for summer 2026 alone, does not get you entry into these additional qualifier events.

Travel Permits

Please refer to the process for travel permits here

The travel permit queue is getting busy, please allow enough time for our coordinator to process your travel permit. The permit is required for any travel outside of the province of Ontario this season.
