April Updates

April has arrived, and we’re now less than 1 month from the start of the 2026 outdoor season. Our member events are kicking off the first weekend in May, and leagues across the province are also getting schedules finalized and events planned. This is always an exciting time for all of us, but also one of the busiest times of the year for PWSA as we receive incoming affiliation documents from over 300 teams.

Avoid disappointment and make sure to get your travel permits into queue for review at least 3 weeks before your event. You can apply for travel permits HERE

We are happy to know that the Ontario University Softball League will be hosting its 25th Anniversary Season Showcase Weekend in Cobourg this September. Visit the OUS website for details leading up to the event.
