P.W.S.A. AGM Update

We hope this communication finds you safe as we continue to navigate the pandemic. We want to remind everyone of the upcoming events

1. We remind you of the upcoming AGM on November 28, 2020 at 9:00am.  Given the rising numbers of COVID-19 cases we will be changing the meeting to 100% virtual.  Only registered voting delegates and invited guests will be permitted into the meeting and all AGM documents (hardcopy) will be available on request to any member.

2. To be a member and register your right to vote you must be fully affiliated for 2021 by November 21, 2020 at midnight.

Affiliation requirements – All Fees, Paperwork, signed waivers, registration forms, and Association affiliation complete.

Each affiliated association will have 1 vote and each affiliated team will have 1 vote.

We will provide further information to those registered in the coming weeks.
