Travel Permits

Every team or individual travelling out of the province must have a travel permit. A travel permit is required for all events including games, tournaments, softball camps with competition and softball clinics with competition. Each travel permit costs $30.00 (HST included).

A complete travel permit application and the appropriate fees must be received at minimum 2 weeks (14 Calendar Days) in advance of the date of travel.

Permit applications not received in this time frame will be subject to the following stipulations.

(7 to13 calendar days) before date of travel will incur a $250 late processing fee.

Any permit application submitted 6 calendar days or less prior to date of travel will not be processed.


Carefully read instructions on the forms and make sure both the application, fees and roster are completed in full.  Note:  Application and fees must both be submitted by the dates noted above.

No permit applications will be put into the que for processing through the various parties if there are any outstanding fines.

Note:  Every player and coach will be responsible to adhere to the Covid travel requirements for the destination they are travelling to.  P.W.S.A. will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for testing or quarantine time.
