The bid form is an electronic form.  Please follow the instructions on the form and complete in full.

PLEASE NOTE: We would remind everyone of the difficulties posed to hosts and hotels with the speculation of hotel blocks and the cancellation of the same by our teams in certain cities.  The problem with this is it drives pricing up for all and frankly more and more hotels don’t want to work with us.  We have passed a new rule that states “Any team caught speculating on hotels prior to published dates/locations will be subject to discipline up to and including exclusion from the Provincial Tournament”.
