Affiliations

Please note: Registration for the 2026 season for associations will open January 1, 2026, for teams and individuals will open on January 19, 2026. In order to be affiliated, your association must be affiliated (includes all required documents, police checks, waivers, concussion acknowledgements, copies of the association constitution & bylaws, as well as a board of directors list). Your team must have paid the affiliation fee, had the team verified in the MRS system, and then received your certificate of insurance.

How do I affiliate my Association and/or Team for 2026?

My team wants to train, compete and play exhibition games, tournaments, including Qualifiers and Provincials, what do I need to do?  
Your team will need to affiliate.  Additionally, your Association will also need to be affiliated and acquire 3rd Party Insurance for your practice facility /park permits if required by the facility/town.
