December Updates

Travel Permits

Anyone seeking a permit for any travel dates within December needs to submit before December 5th, for travel dates Jan 1 – 19th we encourage you to have the fees and application submitted asap but no later than December 15th. We would also like to remind you and your teams/members that payment on the
system is not a travel permit we must also receive the application and permissions, and your member must receive the actual permit.

3rd Party Insurance for 2026

For anyone who needs a third party for their facility,  insurance has agreed to work with us to have them available for January 12th, 2026.  This is for any association who has affiliated for 2026 between Dec 15th and Dec 19th and who have sent fees and forms to Cathy Bilinski by the same dates.  All others will be processed when they return but estimated to be an issue date of the 19th of January.

2026 Affiliation

Affiliation will be open for associations only Dec 15th to 19th 2025 then it will be closed until the 19th of January 2026 All other affiliations individual, team, managers, coaches etc. will open January 19, 2026. The MRS system will be available at the link below.
