Updates to Travel, Info Sessions, Coordinators
New 2026 Coordinators
At our end of October PWSA board meeting, the division coordinators for the 2026 were confirmed. You can find the names and contact info for our team members here:

Last season we had amazing success with our coach/parent Education Sessions, and we will be looking to continue these leading up to the start of the 2026 outdoor season. The 2026 course offering will be a requirement for all U15 & U17 families, as well as any new coach or parent to PWSA.
Our process and policy surrounding travel permits for players and teams out of province was discussed at our last board meeting and some changes have been made. A communication was also sent out to all association contacts the last week of October. You can find the updated information on our process by visiting the travel permits page here:

The adjustments made to our process and policy are in consultation with our travel permit processing partners.

Registration & Payment Process for Information Sessions
To make this year’s process smoother and more efficient, please note the following updates:
Registration Deadline: All participants must register at least 48 hours before their chosen session. Late registrations will not receive the session link. Links are not to be shared between participants. A registration form will be sent to each association to be shared with parents and coaches.
Bulk Payments:
E-transfers to be made to Mpcbrii@gmail.com using the password: Softball
- Parents: Team managers will collect payment from parents and submit one combined payment to Mpcbrii@gmail.com Parent fee is $10/parent.
- Attendance Requirement: One parent or guardian from each household must attend a session. Your attendance will be monitored by a PWSA official! If a child is from a split family home, one parent from each household must pay the fee and attend separately.
- For example: If you have 12 athletes on your team and one athlete lives in a split family home, 13 households are attending and paying for the session.
- Coaches: Associations will submit or collect and submit payment for all coaches and assistant coaches and submit a single transfer to Mpcbrii@gmail.com Coach fee is $40.
